The Homepage Tonight Promise

The second half is due once the client approves the final cut. Approval is not unreasonably withheld: the client gives specific written feedback, and up to 2 rounds of changes to the agreed script and brand are included. Changes to the agreed script after sign off are quoted separately. Until the second half is paid, previews are watermarked and the final files and usage rights stay with Sidus.

Launch Day or It's Free

The agreed date is set in writing when the script is signed off. The clock pauses for every day the client is late with feedback past 48 hours, late with assets, or changes the agreed script. If Sidus still misses the date, the second half is waived. The first half is never refunded under this promise.

Recut Until It Wins

Only applies when all of these are true:

• the film is placed in the hero (first screen) of the client's homepage within 7 days of delivery, and left there for the full 30 days;
• the homepage gets at least 500 visits in those 30 days;
• the client shares read access to their analytics (or a screenshot report) showing signup clicks for the 30 days before and the 30 days after;
• traffic sources stay broadly the same (no big new ad campaign, launch or press spike in either period).

"Beat" means a higher signup click rate (clicks divided by visits), not a higher number of clicks. If it doesn't beat the old hero, Sidus recuts the film once for free and the 30 day test runs again. Maximum 2 free recuts per film. No refunds under this promise.

Beat Your Best or Walk

Only on a 6 month plan. The baseline is the client's average views per post over the 90 days before the plan starts (if they have no history, month 1 becomes the baseline for months 2 and 3). The client must post every piece within 3 days of delivery, on the accounts agreed at the start. If by day 90 the average views per post of Sidus content is not higher than the baseline, the client can end the plan with nothing more to pay. Months already paid are not refunded.
